Loi n° 65-99 formant Code du Travail
The Labour Code is the backbone of the 'S' in Moroccan ESG scoring - and the source of most published social KPIs.

Social pillar. Any entity employing staff in Morocco is subject to the Labour Code: contracts, working time, minimum wage (SMIG/SMAG), collective bargaining, occupational health & safety, dismissal procedures and severance. Compliance with labour and social-security (CNSS) obligations is also an eligibility condition for Investment Charter grants. For an equity investor, the code drives the 'S' in ESG scoring: workforce statistics, HSE incidents, labour disputes - all data points the AMMC ESG report already requires issuers to publish.
