The Vietnamese Commercial Bureau held a seminar in Casablanca to promote Vietnamese exports and strengthen trade ties between the two countries.

The event brought together representatives from the Casablanca Chamber of Commerce and over 20 Moroccan companies active in importation, distribution, and international trade.

The seminar aimed to promote Vietnamese exports and strengthen trade ties between the two countries, according to the Vietnamese Ministry of Industry and Trade.

The Vietnamese Commercial Bureau presented the country's main economic advantages, including its increasing integration into global value chains and participation in several new-generation free trade agreements.

Several categories of Vietnamese products were showcased to Moroccan operators, including coffee, cashews, spices, seafood, processed food, confectionery, and consumer goods.

The products sparked interest among Moroccan companies due to their quality, diversity, and ability to meet local market needs.

Several Moroccan participants expressed their desire to establish direct contacts with Vietnamese manufacturers to explore long-term import opportunities.

The Vietnamese Commercial Bureau also presented the 'Vietnam International Sourcing 2026' event, which aims to connect international buyers with Vietnamese manufacturers.

The Bureau called on the Casablanca Chamber of Commerce and Moroccan professional associations to encourage their members to participate in the event, expanding trade and cooperation between the two markets.

For Vietnamese authorities, this initiative confirms the role of the Vietnamese Commercial Bureau in Morocco as a bridge to support Vietnamese companies in their development towards the Kingdom and, more broadly, towards North Africa.
