Based on the opinions of over 100 HR directors from major Moroccan companies, this ranking has become a benchmark for evaluating the real impact of state-recognized schools on the employability of young graduates.

The third edition of the Top School in Morocco ranking revealed its results this week in Casablanca, on the sidelines of the Master Plus exhibition held at the École Centrale Casablanca.

A marked edition by several notable evolutions, between schools that confirm their dynamics and historical actors in decline.

The full ranking is available on Top School in Morocco.

Conceived as a notoriety barometer among recruiters, this ranking aims to provide references for students in a increasingly dense but not necessarily readable Moroccan higher education landscape.

This year, over 100 HR directors and professionals were consulted as part of a simplified questionnaire, refocused on the perception and reputation of establishments.

"The objective is not to produce a purely academic ranking, but to understand which schools come spontaneously to the minds of recruiters when they think about the talents of tomorrow," explains Youssef Ziraoui, director of Campus Mag, the first Moroccan media dedicated to higher education, behind this ranking.

According to him, this third edition also confirms a profound transformation of the Moroccan academic landscape: "The Moroccan higher education sector is becoming increasingly competitive every year, with private establishments gaining strength, groups structuring strongly, and international schools settling durably in the Kingdom."

A major novelty of this 2026 edition: the appearance of a category dedicated to French schools established in Morocco, members of the Conference of Grand Écoles.

"It seemed important to integrate this category, as these institutions now occupy a real place in the higher education ecosystem and in student choices," emphasizes Youssef Ziraoui.

Public schools: Centrale, Al Akhawayn, EMI, ISCAE, and ENCG Settat confirm

On the side of public establishments, the École Mohammadia d'Ingénieurs and the École Centrale Casablanca maintain their position as Top Tier 1 in the category of public engineering schools for the second consecutive year.

Historical reference institution, EMI continues to benefit from strong recognition among recruiters, driven by the solidity of its training and the power of its alumni network.

On the other hand, the École Centrale Casablanca continues its upward momentum, driven by its generalist positioning, progressive development, and constant expansion.

Another distinguished institution, Al Akhawayn University confirms its rooting in the Moroccan academic landscape by being classified Top Tier 1 for the third consecutive year, both for its engineering school and its management school.

In the category of public management schools, ISCAE and ENCG Settat maintain their Top Tier 1 positioning, illustrating their strong notoriety among professionals and recruiters questioned.

As for Euromed Business School, it achieves a significant breakthrough this year by integrating, for the first time, the Top Tier 2 in the category of management schools.

The business school based in Fès joins this year ENCG Tanger and ENCG Casablanca in the Top Tier 2, while these two establishments confirm their maintenance in this category.
