Souad Benbachir Hassani Steps Down as CFG Bank CEO

Souad Benbachir Hassani has resigned from her executive position at CFG Bank.
During a meeting held on April 30, 2026, under the chairmanship of Adil Douiri, she informed the Board of Directors of her decision to end her term as Deputy General Manager.
This decision does not mark her departure from the Bank.
Souad Benbachir Hassani intends to focus on her role as an administrator and continue her contribution through the committees related to the Board of Directors.
The Board took note of this choice, while expressing its regrets.
It saluted the role played by Souad Benbachir Hassani since 1995 in the creation and development of Casablanca Finance Group, which later became CFG Bank.
Adil Douiri, on behalf of the Board, expressed the wish for her to return to the General Management team in the future.
A formula that leaves open the possibility of a return to executive responsibilities, without modifying her position within the Bank's governance for the time being.
