A Moroccan delegation was received by Malian Minister Ibrahima Samaké on May 6, 2026, with the aim of deepening partnerships in sustainable development, food security, and public policy support.

The Moroccan Embassy in Mali announced on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, that a Moroccan delegation composed of representatives from the OCP Group and the Moroccan Agency for International Cooperation (AMCI) is conducting a working mission to Bamako, focused on consolidating Moroccan-Malian cooperation in the fields of agriculture and sustainable development.

According to a message published by the Moroccan Embassy on the X platform, this mission was marked by a courtesy and working visit to the Malian Minister of Agriculture, Ibrahima Samaké.

This meeting is part of the dynamic of strengthening bilateral relations between Morocco and Mali, through partnerships carried out by the OCP Group and the AMCI.

It aims to support efforts in the agricultural sector, in line with the challenges of food security, sustainable development, and expertise sharing.

The initiative also illustrates the willingness of the two countries to promote concrete South-South cooperation, focused on supporting agricultural policies and developing the African continent.
