The Board of Directors of Afriquia Gaz, meeting on January 29, 2026, reviewed the company's performance for the year ended December 31, 2025, and approved the related individual and consolidated financial statements.

OPERATIONAL AND INDIVIDUAL FINANCIAL INDICATORS

Volumes sold by Afriquia Gaz increased in 2025, reaching 1,235,468 tonnes.

CONSOLIDATED OPERATIONAL AND FINANCIAL INDICATORS

Consolidated revenue recorded growth, rising from MAD 8,773.1 million to MAD 9,989.4 million in 2025.

Operating Result (in MAD millions)

Thanks to effective control of operating costs, the operating result reached MAD 987.5 million in 2025, compared to MAD 957.9 million in the previous year.

Consolidated Operating Result (in MAD millions)

The consolidated operating result stood at MAD 1,166.7 million in 2025, compared to MAD 1,194.6 million for the prior year.

Net Result (in MAD millions)

In line with this trend, the net result improved from MAD 613.7 million to MAD 633.1 million for the year 2025.

The consolidated net result showed a slight improvement, reaching MAD 750.5 million in 2025.

INDIVIDUAL BALANCE SHEET INDICATORS

Afriquia Gaz's individual shareholders' equity increased to MAD 3,305 million in 2025.

The total balance sheet stood at MAD 7,991 million, compared to MAD 8,251 million in 2024.

CONSOLIDATED BALANCE SHEET INDICATORS

Consolidated shareholders' equity amounted to MAD 3,387 million as of the end of 2025.

The total consolidated balance sheet was MAD 9,256 million, down from MAD 9,516 million one year earlier.

OUTLOOK

Building on its solid fundamentals, Afriquia Gaz intends to maintain its growth momentum, focusing on commercial efforts, competitiveness, and improved profitability.

DIVIDENDS

In light of the results achieved in 2025, the Board of Directors has decided to propose to the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders the distribution of a dividend per share of MAD 175.
